Lois grew up in southern Vermont, on a farm, and when she wasn’t working she could be found on the slopes either racing or instructing. She went to San Diego University, studying Real Estate Law and Practice. She moved to York Maine in 1979. Having always had a dream of owning a home on a lake, she searched NH & ME lakes & found Sebago & Frye Island in 1981. She felt there was no other place that could compare. In 1985 she leased the store on Frye Island and expanded the business with an addition of a waterfront café. She ran the business of the café, store and ice cream shop along with her 2 daughters, for 17 years during summer months and sold real estate in York, Me during winter months. After selling the business she reactivated her real estate license and having always been an entrepreneur she started her own Company Sunset Lakes RE. She now lives in Raymond on Sebago and specializes in waterfront Property in Maine Lakes Region along with enjoying, kayaking, skiing, and playing tennis & golf.

Growing up in New York, NY, Wini's family enjoyed a summer home on Fire Island where she got her first taste of island living. She attended nursing school in Albany, received her BS from Emmanual College and a masters from Harvard University. Wini fell in love with the area in 1983. She came to Frye Island to visit a friend and bought a home here in 1992 where she raised her two children. Her love of Frye Island led her to real estate sales in 2000. Wini has built, renovated and acted as general contractor for several homes on Frye Island. Wini recently earned the Efficiency Maine Real Estate Specialist Designation~study in energy efficiency in real estate.

Martin Friedman’s introduction to Maine was as a summer visitor. This summer attachment on Sebago Lake grew into a full time residency some thirty years ago. Martin’s educational background is in liberal arts. He attended Windham College in Vermont and received a BA in literature & writing. Also, Martin studied at the San Francisco Art Institute & Portland School of Art. Martin spent many years as the operations manager of the Frye Island ferry on Sebago Lake & is a licensed US Coast Guard 100 Ton Master Captain... In 2004 he started his own company that purchased, renovated & sold condominiums. Since 2006 Martin has been associated with Sunset Lakes Real Estate. He is knowledgeable in all phases of home construction. Martin looks forward to utilizing his expertise in helping buyers & sellers with all their housing needs in the Lakes Region.

Nancy Fournier, Sales Agent and resident of Frye Island has been in the real estate industry off and on for over 16 years.
I grew up in Westbrook, Maine, graduated from Westbrook High School, and attended the
University of Maine, majoring in business. After school, I married my husband, Wayne, and we have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. We have lived in Maine all of our lives, and spent all of our summers on the west side of the lake, before moving to Frye Island 13 years ago. I worked for ERA Jordan Realty as a Sales Agent, until I became Sales and Marketing Manager for a developer on Great Diamond Island, Portland, Maine, where I helped renovate and sell homes at the old Fort McKinley site. I got away from the real estate business for several years to become the owner of a custom kitchen and closet business in Westbrook, Maine. Now, my family and I spend our summers on Frye Island, and I have grown to love the Island and all the friends that we have made very much. I specialize in working with buyers to find Sebago Lakes Region waterfront homes.
