I highly recommend working with Lois. She wants what's best for her client and is responsive and helpful through all stages of the process. She is also warm and generous with her time. Lois listed and sold our home on lake Sebago in Maine this past fall. We chose Lois because she has a reputation of being professionally aggressive yet "tuned in" to our specific needs. The home was sold to the third couple that looked at it, pretty unusual in todays market. She kept us informed  and in the loop throughout the entire process, including the closing. Bottom line is that she made the very emotional process of selling one's home as comfortable as possible.

The new house was a short sale, and so it came with many challenges, and Lois helped us through  the entire process. She truly represents her clients and will fight for them. Lois is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She listens to what you want, and is very diligent in finding the right houses for you to view. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy, and I am sure she is just as hard working if she is selling a house for you.
